Tyreus Terms of Service
Tyreus Web Hosting reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service whenever we feel necessary, It is your responsibility to check back on them every so often. By using Tyreus Web Hosting for your web hosting needs you agree to these terms and if you do not follow these terms, your account will be deleted, sometimes without notification. We are very lenient people, but be CAREFUL! Please note that these apply to the content of your web hosting account as well as the content of your forum posts (where applicable).
- Section.1 - Illegal Use
- Using your space for hosting illegal or pirated software.
- Using your space for viruses, warez, Spyware, or anything of the sort.
- If we are contacted that your website includes faulty information, it will be terminated immediately.
- Section.2 - Threatening Material
- If the phrases (or phrases that are like) "I'll Kill you" or "I'll kill your family / pet / friend" are found on your site, then your account will be terminated.
- Section.3 - Fraudulent Content
- Providing misleading or falsified information to your visitors.
- Section.4 - Forgery or Impersonation
- Pretending to be another website to gather information, otherwise known as "Phishing" is not allowed.
- Uploading nullified or pirated versions of IPB or vBulletin or any other software that requires a license.
- Section.5 - Unsolicited Content
- Sending out massive amounts of spam or link infested email.
- Section.6 - Copyright Infringements
- If we are contacted that your website content or template items are supposed to have a link or are just straight up stolen, your account will be terminated.
- Section.7 - Collection of Private Data
- Collecting any visitors private information through a script and storing it will result in termination.
- Asking any visitor for their social security or any similar information will result in immediate termination.
- Section.8 - Viruses
- Any viruses on the server that are found that came from your website will result in an IP Ban and an account termination.
- Any viruses found on your account for users to publicly download, Your IP will be banned, account suspended, and authorities contacted. (We only suspend the account for evidence.)
- Section.9 - Purely Storage
- Using your account purely as storage space for images, programs etc. will get your account suspended or terminated.
- You must have an index page, with actual content, and must be visible to all users who visit your website.
- Section.10 - Peer to Peer Software
- Music sharing, file sharing, or anything of the sort will get your account terminated.
- If it is a signature or a piece of artwork you made for someone else then please, feel free.
- Section.11 - Any Adult Content
- NO PORNOGRAPHY!
- We do not care if you do have a license for it, We DON'T want it on OUR servers.
- If you have any naked pictures of any sort your account will be terminated.
- Section.12 - Non-English
- Our only exception to non-english websites/forum/portals is that you have a warning page, IN ENGLISH, as the first page anyone sees when they go to your website. Something like "Beyond this point the website is NOT English, It is [other language]. You can also have the same message in the said other language.
- This Non-English statement also applies to domain names. We ONLY ALLOW the following domain names (alphabetical). .biz, .ca, .cc, .com, .co.cc, .co.uk, .eu, .info, .mobi, .net, .org, .org.uk, .uk, .us, .tv, and finally .ws.
- Section.13 - Duplicate accounts
- We do not allow duplicate accounts on our forums or hosting.
- If you wish to change your forum username, please do so using your User CP on the forums.
- If you wish to change your domain/subdomain, please post in the support forums.
- If you are caught with multiple forum/hosting accounts, all will be terminated and you will be no longer welcome to use our services.
- Section.14 - Proxy Scripts
- Our server can't handle them! Thay are not allowed. Your account will be suspended until we re-activate it so you can remove the script.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any point we wish without notifying you. (We will most likely make an announcement in the forum however).
By using Tyreus Web Hosting you automatically agree to abide by these rules.
Don't act like we won't contact the authorities, We definitely will. We can find where you live by contacting your ISP, and we can find out your ISP just by your IP address which, in turn, is logged every time you visit the website and when you sign up for an account.
